laser for integrated terahertz generation |
One challenge in photonic integrated circuits is high performance tunable frequency selective reflectors for monolithic integration of lasers. We have developed a deep etched surface DBR grating that is
useful for narrow linewidth DBR lasers and optical heterodyning of two lasers for THz generation.
